Minimising Blockades in PET Bottle Manufacturing Lines

Chem-Trend’s Lusin^® Lub O32F acts as a lubricant in PET bottle manufacturing by allowing free rotation of bottles against each other. At the same time it acts as a mould release agent reducing the potential for defects and bottles sticking to the mould. Also, PET preforms are protected from scratches and dust when using Lusin^® Lub O32F. It does not contain any solvents, silicones or halogens and can easily be removed with water.
