Chem-Trend named one of Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®

Chem-Trend, a global leader in the development, production and marketing of high-performance release agents, purging compounds and mold maintenance products, has been named a 2016 “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” in Metro Detroit.

Supported by the National Association of Business Resources, the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” competition is a survey-based program, which recognizes the most influential, trend-setting companies across the country. Employees of participating companies are asked to complete an anonymous survey to assess a wide variety of categories, including communication, work-life balance, diversity, education opportunities, recognition, community initiatives and retention, among others.

The “Best and Brightest” program is widely recognized in a number of cities across the country as a platform for sharing services and education that benefit companies and employees alike. Companies with the highest survey marks are invited to a regional awards symposium.

Presented by the Michigan Business and Professional Association, Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® were recognized on September 23, 2016 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Special awards were given to Elite-level companies, those that rank the highest in one of the 12 survey categories.
