Chem-Trend Named a “Top Workplace” in Michigan

Chem-Trend, a global leader in the development and production of high-performance release agents, purging compounds and mold maintenance products, was recently named a 2016 Detroit Free Press “Top Workplace” in Michigan for its fifth consecutive recognition.

Chem-Trend has consistently ranked among the top of the Detroit Free Press “Top Workplace” listings, thus earning placement in the program’s “Circle of Excellence” this year. The “Circle of Excellence” achievement was awarded to only five companies in 2016.

“Top Workplace” recognition is achieved through rankings via participation in an anonymous and voluntary employee survey, conducted by Workplace Dynamics, which covers an array of topics – including overall satisfaction, culture, pay and benefits, leadership, training and advancement opportunities, flexibility and amenities. The survey provides a platform for employees to share input on topics such as opportunities for improvement or areas that could benefit from greater efficiency; they are also welcome to share what they enjoy about their workplace or their role within the organization.
